The minimum amount of tickets to purchase for a group is 10.
How much are group tickets?
Group ticket prices vary based on the match and seating location. Prices are subject to change and based on availability.
Can I add on tickets after I purchase?
Yes. However, we cannot guarantee that your groups will be together if they are not purchased at the same time.
Can I sell any of my extra tickets?
No. There is a strict no-reselling policy unless otherwise stated with Nashville SC group tickets. It is important you make sure to get a firm number of tickets before you order, as if any tickets are caught being resold without prior permission, your privileges are subject to being revoked and all of your tickets taken back.
How can I purchase?
All group tickets are purchased over the phone with a Group Sales Account Executive by calling (615) 750-8800 x3. Your representative will go over available inventory and dates, and then can help you purchase your tickets to the match.
What forms of payment do you take?
We take all major credit cards (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard, and Discover). We also can accept checks as long as they are received 45 days before the match.
Can I print my tickets?
No, all of our tickets are accessed via mobile entry.
How do I access my tickets?
Your representative will send you your confirmation email 2-3 business days after your purchase with a receipt, information on how to access & manage your tickets. However, once your tickets are paid in full, you can also log in at https://am.ticketmaster.com/nashvillescmls/ with your email and click “Forgot Password” to access them.
Are there special experiences for my group to participate in?

How can I get a donation for my auction?
We are unable to provide game tickets or autographed memorabilia through the Ticket Sales department.

I have a large group and want everyone to pay separately. Is this possible?
This depends on the size of your group. If you have a large organization or company of over 100 people attending, we can set up a link for everyone to purchase separately and still sit together, or at least close. However, you must meet the requirements for it.
Can I purchase group tickets at the Box Office?
Group tickets are not available at the Box Office and must be purchased through your Group Sales Account Executive.
Do kids need a ticket?
All children 2 and under have free admission and can sit on a parent’s lap. Any children 3 and older will require a ticket.
How do I promote my group event?
Nashville SC are happy to assist in customizing a specific message for your group outing. If you need a flyer, we will work to make your event as easy as possible for you! We want to help you spread the word so you can enjoy your event with your group.
