What is NSCPay?

NSCPay is a new platform on the Nashville SC app that provides our Season Ticket Members access to their Legacy Lineup discounts and allows all fans the ability to connect payment methods for quick and convenient purchases and more.

How do I use NSCPay? 

Check out our NSCPay How-To-Guide (coming soon) for instructionson how to set up your NSCPay account, and use it at checkout at all concessions stands, carts, and Nashville SC Team Store locations at GEODIS Park. 

Do I need to download another app?

No, NSCPay is seamlessly integrated into the Nashville SC App.

How do I apply my Legacy Lineup Benefit discounts on transactions?

Season Ticket Members can apply their Legacy Lineup Benefit discounts at the register during checkout at the Nashville SC Team Store and select concession locations at GEODIS Park. Through the Nashville SC App, select NSCPay, followed by My QR Code. Scan your QR code at the register and your Legacy Lineup Benefit discount will be automatically applied. Please note, NSCPay on the Nashville SC app is required  to receive your discount and you must be logged in using the email address associated with your Season Ticket Membership Ticketmaster account. You do not need to add a credit card to NSCPay in order to receive your discount for merchandise or food and beverage (except for the Grab N Go locations that use Amazon Just Walk Out technology).

How do I find out what my Legacy Lineup status is?

In the Nashville SC App, select NSCPay, followed by My Badge. If you have questions about your Legacy Lineup status, please reach out to your Membership Services Specialist for more information or click here. 

Where can I use my Legacy Lineup Benefit discount?

Season Ticket Members can use their discount at select concession locations and all Nashville SC Team Store locations throughout GEODIS Park. Please note, NSCPay on the Nashville SC app is required to receive your discount. Legacy Lineup discounts are available at all premium locations and the following:

Can I transfer my discount?

No. Season Ticket Members will not be allowed to transfer their Legacy Lineup discount during the 2025 Nashville SC soccer season.

Who has access to the Legacy Lineup Benefit discount?

The account holder of season tickets is the only person who has access to the discount. Please note, NSCPay on the Nashville SC app is required to access your discount. 

PAYMENT METHODS

Do I have to upload a personal credit card to NSCPay?

No, Season Ticket Members are not required to provide a credit card to utilize their discount or credit.

Please note that adding a credit card to your NSCPay account will create a faster and more seamless checkout experience.

Season Ticket Members, please note that the “Grab N Go” locations use Amazon Just Walk Out technology and do require a credit card in NSC Pay to receive your Legacy Lineup discount.

Is NSCPay safe and secure?

Yes. mobile payments are one of the safest ways to make a payment. 

What payment methods can I add to NSCPay?

NSCPay works with the debit or credit card you choose to add to your mobile wallet. These cards are listed as payment methods within the app, and you can choose which form of payment to be used at checkout, including NSC Bucks. 

Can I still use my credit card at the register?

While NSCPay is an alternative payment method at GEODIS Park, credit cards will still be accepted at all registers. Adding a credit card to NSCPay will not be required to access your NSCPay QR Code, which must be scanned during checkout to apply Legacy Lineup benefit discounts. The only exception to this would be the three “Grab N Go” locations that use Amazon Just Walk Out technology. For more information about NSC Bucks, see below.
