How many MLS Season Tickets can I purchase?
Online purchases will be limited to 8 tickets per MLS Account Manager account. If you are interested in purchasing more than 8 tickets, please contact us at 615-750-8800 and press 2 to speak with a Season Ticket Sales Account Executive or email tickets@nashvillesc.com for more info.
Do Season Ticket Members get a special rate on a per match basis?
Yes. As a Season Ticket Member, you receive the lowest price for each Nashville SC home match.
How do matches like MLS Cup Playoffs work in Season Ticket Memberships?
Nashville SC Season Ticket Members will receive right of first refusal for Nashville SC MLS Cup Playoff tickets. (This will exclude The MLS Cup Final which will be treated as a separate event.)
What if I can’t attend a match as a Season Ticket Member?
Members have the ability to resell, donate or transfer their tickets via Account Manager.
Where can I view my season tickets?
You are able to view your season tickets by logging into your account by clicking the following link. Proceed by clicking on the Sign In/Sign Up link in the top right corner and enter your Season Ticket email address and password. If you have not previously set up your Nashville SC Account, click the “Sign Up” then “Forgot My Password” link as this allows you to reset the temporary password.
Can I get a refund if my plans change?
NSC has a strict no-refund policy on season tickets.
I live outside the state of Tennessee can I still become a season ticket member?
Yes; as long as you live within a 100 mile radius of Nashville you can still become a season ticket member.

GENERAL QUESTIONS
What age does my child need a ticket to attend games?
Any child three years of age and older requires a ticket for entry. Children two and under may be seated on a lap and do not require a ticket.
What is the auto renewal I received after signing up for season tickets?
Auto-Renewal is a seat agreement for all members that ensures you automatically keep your season membership each season.
I purchased tickets in the Supporters Section. What should I know before attending?
All Supporters Section seats are general admission and safe standing in sections 106-110. There are no assigned locations within the Supporter Section. It is against the rules to wear opposing team colors or cheer for the opposing team. Failure to adhere to the Supporter Section rules will cause you to be removed from the section. NSC will try to relocate you to any available 200 level seats, but we will not guarantee relocated seats based on availability. Refunds will not be issued.
I’m a ticket broker interested in acquiring tickets for resale purposes. Who do I contact?
NSC is not accepting any ticket brokers at this time. Please do not purchase season tickets with the sole interest of reselling the seats for profit.
